Senior Firmware Engineer

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer. Client powers the trusted identities of the world’s people, places and things. Responsibilities
Working with project team members in Krakow and other geographic locations, you will be supporting a lot of important topics within the company
Development of HID PACS products – RevE and RevF readers
Writing code in C and C#
Debugging issues
Design Documentation

Requirments
Your Qualifications and Experience include:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related
• Several years of hands-on embedded development experience
• Applied experience with embedded C
• Applied experience with embedded bare metal and RTOS applications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Development experience with object-oriented programming in as an advantage
• Experience with implementation of security protocols and secure implementation of cryptographic techniques as an advantage
• Comfortable at working at low level (e.g. GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C)
• Working knowledge of one or more communication protocols (e.g. USB, Ethernet, SPI, I2C)
• Working knowledge of source code management and configuration (git, mercurial)
• Ability to work effectively with legacy code
• Actively contribute to team’s continuous improvement
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
