Umieszczanie ogłoszeń jest dostępne odpowiednio w zakładkach:

Niniejsza strona internetowa została stworzona celem umożliwienia kontaktów potencjalnych pracodawców i pracowników.
Portal Embeddedjobs.online oferuje publikację ogłoszenia na okres 30 dni lub jego darmowe przedłużenie do chwili kiedy ogłoszenie osiągnie minimum 300 wyświetleń.
Konto „Pracodawca” przeznaczone jest dla osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą oraz dla osób prawnych posiadających aktualne wpisy Ewidencji Działalności Gospodarczej lub KRS.
Od osób poszukujących pracy – kandydatów – wymaga się wskazania aktualnych danych takich jak imię i nazwisko, dane kontaktowe, doświadczenie zawodowe, zdobyte wykształcenie w celu weryfikacji umiejętności kandydata na przedstawioną ofertę pracy.
W zakładce „Wyszukiwarka Ofert Pracy” podmioty szukające pracowników mogą publikować swoje oferty pracy. Oferty pracy muszą pochodzić bezpośrednio od pracodawcy. Warunkiem ich umieszczenia na stronie internetowej jest wypełnienie formularza, w którym bezwzględnie wymaga się podania:
– pełnej nazwy firmy/przedsiębiorstwa,
– adresu siedziby przedsiębiorstwa (oraz ewentualnie oddziału),
– oferowanego stanowiska pracy, ze wskazaniem wymagań od kandydata jak i obowiązków przyszłego pracownika.
Oferty nie spełniające warunków niniejszego Regulaminu, jak oferty wymagające od Kandydata wniesienia jakichkolwiek opłat, stanowiące oferty handlowe czy w jakikolwiek sposób naruszające porządek prawny Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej nie zostaną wprowadzone do systemu lub zostaną usunięte bez możliwości zwrotu złożonej opłaty.
Portal Embeddedjobs.online nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za treść ogłoszeń umieszczonych przez pracodawców jak i pracobiorców.
W szczególności portal Embeddedjobs.online nie odpowiada za prawdziwość i aktualność złożonych ofert, za wypłacalność i rzetelność potencjalnego pracodawcy czy stopień przygotowania zawodowego ogłaszających się osób.
Klikając przycisk formularza „Wyślij”, „Umieść ogłoszenie”, użytkownik wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych w tym, na ich udostępnienie osobom trzecim w celach rekrutacyjnych.
Podmiot umieszczający ogłoszenie na portalu żąda wykonania usługi przed upływem 14 dniowego terminu do odstąpienia od umowy. Jednocześnie przyjmuję do wiadomości, że wraz z chwilą pełnego wykonania usługi utracę prawo do odstąpienia od umowy.
Podmiot rejestrujący konto pracodawcy lub umieszczjący ogłoszenia wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie ogłoszeń, materiałów filmowych, zdjęć które zostaną przesłane na portal Embeddedjobs.online. Wszystkie przesłane materiały mogą zostać wykorzystane przez portal Embeddedjobs.online w celu promocji ogłoszenia o pracę w miejscach takich jak LinkedIn oraz na innych portalach Social Media.
Podmiot rejestrujący konto pracodawcy na portalu Embeddedjobs.online wyraża również zgodę na otrzymywania ofert handlowych oraz informacji o aktualnych promocjach oferowanych przez portal Embeddedjobs.online.
Podmiot umieszczający ogłoszenie na portalu Embeddedjobs.online wyraża jednocześnie zgodę na otrzymywanie faktury VAT w formie elektronicznej.
Zgodnie z art. 13 ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 04.05.2016) informujemy, iż:

Postanowienia ogólne
1.1. Niniejsze Warunki i Zasady regulują zasady umieszczania ofert pracy i korzystania z portalu Embeddedjobs.online (zwane dalej „Portalem”).
1.2. Korzystając z Portalu i umieszczając oferty pracy, użytkownik akceptuje niniejsze Warunki i Zasady w całości.
Umieszczanie Ofert Pracy
2.1. Oferty pracy mogą być umieszczane przez zarejestrowanych pracodawców posiadających konto pracodawcy na Portalu.
2.2. Oferty pracy muszą być zgodne z wytycznymi i wymogami określonymi w niniejszych Warunkach i Zasadach.
2.3. Aby umieścić ofertę pracy na Portalu, pracodawca musi wypełnić wymagany formularz, podając dokładne i aktualne informacje dotyczące firmy, stanowiska pracy, wymagań wobec kandydata oraz innych istotnych szczegółów.
2.4. Pracodawca jest odpowiedzialny za treść oferty pracy i gwarantuje jej zgodność z obowiązującymi przepisami prawnymi.
2.5. Oferty pracy, które naruszają niniejsze Warunki i Zasady lub przepisy prawne, nie zostaną opublikowane na Portalu lub mogą zostać usunięte bez zwrotu opłaty.
Odpowiedzialność Użytkownika
3.1. Użytkownicy Portalu, zarówno pracodawcy, jak i poszukujący pracy, są odpowiedzialni za dostarczenie dokładnych i prawdziwych informacji.
3.2. Osoby poszukujące pracy muszą podać swoje aktualne dane osobowe, dane kontaktowe, doświadczenie zawodowe i wykształcenie.
3.3. Pracodawcy muszą zadbać o to, aby umieszczane przez nich oferty pracy były dokładne, aktualne i zgodne z obowiązującymi przepisami prawnymi.
3.4. Użytkownicy są odpowiedzialni za zachowanie poufności danych logowania do swojego konta oraz za wszelką aktywność dokonywaną w ramach swojego konta.
Odpowiedzialność
4.1. Portal (Embeddedjobs.online) nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za dokładność, kompletność ani wiarygodność ofert pracy lub treści dostarczanych przez pracodawców lub osoby poszukujące pracy.
4.2. Portal nie gwarantuje odpowiedniości, jakości ani zgodności z prawem ofert pracy ani autentyczności, płynności finansowej ani profesjonalizmu pracodawców lub osób poszukujących pracy.
4.3. Portal nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za bezpośrednie lub pośrednie szkody, straty lub roszczenia wynikające z korzystania z Portalu, niemożności jego użytkowania lub polegania na dostarczonych na Portalu informacjach.
4.4. Portal zastrzega sobie prawo do usunięcia każdej oferty pracy lub treści naruszającej niniejsze Warunki i Zasady lub obowiązujące przepisy prawne bez wcześniejszego powiadomienia.

5.1. Przetwarzanie danych osobowych na Portalu podlega Polityce Prywatności, która stanowi integralną część niniejszych Warunków i Zasad.
5.2. Korzystanie z Portalu oznacza zgodę użytkowników na przetwarzanie ich danych osobowych zgodnie z Polityką Prywatności.
Zmiany w Warunkach i Zasadach
6.1. Portal zastrzega sobie prawo do wprowadzania zmian w niniejszych Warunkach i Zasadach w dowolnym czasie.
6.2. Zmienione Warunki i Zasady zostaną opublikowane na Portalu i staną się skuteczne natychmiast po opublikowaniu.

Postanowienia Końcowe

7.2. Wszelkie spory wynikające z niniejszych Warunków i Zasad będą rozstrzygane przez właściwe sądy jurysdykcji, w której działa Portal.

This website has been created to facilitate contact between potential employers and employees.
Embeddedjobs.online offers publication of the job advertisement for a period of 30 days or its free extension until the advertisement reaches a minimum of 300 views.
The „Employer” account is intended for individuals conducting business activities and legal entities with current entries in the Register of Economic Activity or the National Court Register (KRS).
Job seekers – candidates – are required to provide current information such as first and last name, contact details, professional experience, and acquired education in order to verify the candidate’s skills for the presented job offer.
In the „Post a job” tab, entities searching for employees can publish their job offers. Job offers must come directly from the employer. The condition for their placement on the website is to fill out a form that absolutely requires the following information:
Full company name,
Company headquarters address (including any branches),
Offered position with candidate requirements and future employee’s duties.
Offers that do not meet the conditions of these Regulations, such as offers requiring candidates to pay any fees, constituting commercial offers, or in any way violating the legal order, will not be entered into the system or will be removed without the possibility of refunding the paid fee.
Embeddedjobs.online portal is not responsible for the content of advertisements placed by employers or job seekers.
In particular, Embeddedjobs.online portal is not responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of submitted offers, the solvency and reliability of potential employers, or the level of professional preparedness of individuals advertising themselves.
By clicking the „Send” or „Place Advertisement” button, the user agrees to the processing of personal data, including their disclosure to third parties for recruitment purposes.
The entity placing an advertisement on the portal demands the execution of the service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. At the same time, I acknowledge that with the moment of full execution of the service, I will lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
The entity registering an employer’s account or placing advertisements agrees to the processing of advertisements, film materials, and photos that will be sent to the Embeddedjobs.online portal. All submitted materials may be used by the Embeddedjobs.online portal for promoting job advertisements on platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media portals.
The entity registering an employer’s account on the Embeddedjobs.online portal also agrees to receive commercial offers and information about current promotions offered by the Embeddedjobs.online portal.
The entity placing an advertisement on the Embeddedjobs.online portal also agrees to receive the VAT invoice in electronic form.

1.2. By using the Portal and placing job offers, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Job Offers Placement
2.1. Job offers can be placed by registered employers who have created an employer’s account on the Portal.
2.2. The job offers must comply with the guidelines and requirements specified in these Terms and Conditions.
2.3. To place a job offer on the Portal, the employer must complete the required form, providing accurate and up-to-date information about the company, job position, candidate requirements, and other relevant details.
2.4. The employer is responsible for the content of the job offer and guarantees its compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2.5. Job offers that violate these Terms and Conditions or legal regulations will not be published on the Portal or may be removed without a refund.
User Responsibilities
3.1. Users of the Portal, both employers and job seekers, are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.
3.2. Job seekers must provide their current personal data, contact details, professional experience, and educational background.
3.3. Employers must ensure that the job offers they post are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.4. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account.
Liability
4.1. The Portal (Embeddedjobs.online) does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the job offers or the content provided by employers or job seekers.
4.2. The Portal does not guarantee the suitability, quality, or legality of the job offers or the authenticity, solvency, or professionalism of the employers or job seekers.
4.3. The Portal is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the Portal or from reliance on the information provided on the Portal.
4.4. The Portal reserves the right to remove any job offers or content that violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws without prior notice.
Personal Data
