Collection Data is collected and processed to enable employers to post job advertisements and for users to apply for jobs presented on the portal. When using our portal, we may ask you to provide certain personal information, which may include:
- User data included in the CV, such as: full name, correspondence address, email address, phone number, occupation/qualifications, education, workplace, date of birth.
- User data collected while commenting on the site, such as data from the comment form, IP address, and browser signature.
- Employer data collected when registering an employer account, such as: email address and username.
- User email address collected when signing up for a newsletter.
NOTE: Do not send us scans of personal IDs or other documents – they will be immediately deleted. Consent to data processing must be given by the candidate providing their personal data in the form of a CV, cover letter, or other documents necessary for the recruitment process.

User
We process your data based on your consent, which you give us by sending your CV, cover letter, or other documents necessary for the recruitment process. This consent is voluntary but necessary to achieve the above purposes.
By signing up for the Newsletter, you simultaneously consent to the processing of your email address to receive the Newsletter.
Employer
We process your employer data based on voluntary consent which you expressed when registering an employer account on the Embeddedjobs.online portal.

We use cookies, which are small text files sent to the user’s device while visiting a website. Cookies help us customize the website’s content to the user’s preferences and optimize the use of the website. They create anonymous, aggregated statistics, which help us understand how users use our site, allowing us to improve its structure and content.
Media
If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid sending images with EXIF location tags. Visitors to the site can download and read the full location data from images on the site.

Data storage period
By sending an application, your data will be stored on our portal for the period necessary to carry out the recruitment process, not longer than 2 years.
Posting comments on the portal: Content and metadata are stored indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve subsequent comments without the need for moderation each time.
Employer account data will be stored until you delete your employer account.
The user’s data who signed up for the Newsletter will be stored indefinitely, or until the user resigns from receiving the Newsletter.

Your personal data may be transferred to employers, with your consent, to enable applications for job advertisements.

We do not use automated decision making or profiling.
Security
Data is properly secured against access by unauthorized persons. Access to the data is only granted to employees of embeddedjobs.online and employers to whom you have applied in response to a job advertisement.
